ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER
Mission: Responsible for electrical engineering conceptual design, development of design, preparation of construction documents, and performance of construction administration on given projects.
Responsibilities:
- Performance of electrical engineering for assigned projects including, but not limited to, research, engineering calculations and preparation of studies, design documents and construction documents.
- Coordination of electrical system design with other engineering and architectural disciplines.
- Selection of electrical equipment and systems for assigned projects.
- Construction administration duties including, but not limited to, submittal review, responses to Requests for Information and attendance at construction progress meetings.
- Observation of construction progress and preparation of field reports and punch lists.
Reports to: Electrical Department Manager / Project Managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 5 – 10 years of demonstrated experience working as a project engineer in the consulting industry.
- Professional Engineer, or must be eligible to sit for Principles of Practice examination and obtain professional engineering license within two years.
- BIM (Revit) Proficiency.
Desirable Qualities:
- Self-motivated and excited about new challenges.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, manufacturers and contractors.
- Desire to continually learn and develop expertise in the consulting engineering field.
- Collaborative and focused on client satisfaction, project quality and performance.
Growth Potential:
- Design experience under experienced lead electrical engineers and project managers
- Encouragement and support to obtain continuing education and/or relevant industry credentials
- Project management opportunities commensurate with experience
MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER
Mission: Responsible for mechanical engineering conceptual design, development of design, preparation of construction documents, and performance of construction administration on given projects.
Responsibilities:
- Performance of mechanical engineering for assigned projects including, but not limited to, research, engineering calculations, load calculations, energy modeling and preparation of studies, design documents and construction documents.
- Coordination of mechanical system design with other engineering and architectural disciplines.
- Selection of mechanical equipment and systems for assigned projects.
- Construction administration duties including, but not limited to, submittal review, responses to Requests for Information and participation in construction progress meetings.
- Observation of construction progress and preparation of field reports and punch lists.

MECHANICAL PROJECT DESIGNER
Mission: Responsible for mechanical HVAC development of design, preparation of construction documents, and performing construction administration on given projects, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Performance of mechanical engineering design for assigned projects including, but not limited to, research, engineering calculations, load calculations, energy modeling and preparation of studies, design documents and construction documents.
- Coordination of mechanical system design with other engineering and architectural disciplines.
- Selection of mechanical equipment and systems for assigned projects.
- Construction administration duties including, but not limited to, submittal review, responses to Requests for Information and review of pay apps, and participation in construction progress meetings.
- Observation of construction progress and preparation of field reports and punch lists.
Reports to: Mechanical Department Manager / Project Managers
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience working as a mechanical project designer in the consulting industry.
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design is desirable, but not required.
- BIM (Revit) Proficiency.
